配送ポリシー

PAYMENT
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, ELO, and Discover). Other accepted forms of payment are Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, Affirm. ShopPay Forms of accepted payment are subject to change. 
FULFILLMENT
Orders are shipped 2-5 days from when the order is placed. Pending clearance of payment authorization and verification. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email notification of your tracking information. Orders containing multiple products may be sent under separate shipments.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.
Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
RETURNED TO SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES
This can happen if 1) an address is invalid or missing information 2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package 3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
Returned to the sender or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a store credit minus the initial shipping charge, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply depending on the product. 
We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our fulfillment company. Instead, please use the store credit to place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee the same items will be in stock at the time of reordering.
